Each of the villas is priced according to facilities available and time of year. Please contact me for prices.
Due to the ever increasing number of flights to the island we are able to offer a flexible changeover day.
For stays of two weeks or more there will be a mid-stay linen and towel change. If additional cleaning or linen is required this can be arranged at additional cost.
A cot and highchair can be provided free of charge but we do ask that you bring your own bedding for the cot. All towels and bed linen are included in the price. We also provide beach towels.
The villa is available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you have a late flight it may be possible to stay in the villa longer depending on new guest arrivals.
A basic welcome pack is provided free of charge for flights arriving after 6.00 p.m.
On booking a villa I ask for £100 deposit per week booked and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit is required when balance is paid and this is refunded on your return home.
Please note I am a private owner and as such am able to answer any questions you may have regarding the villa.
