Casa de Amigos is a large 4 bedroom, detached, fully air-conditioned private villa, with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and is part of the La Maresia residential development on the Salinas de Antigua Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste ( aka Costa Caleta ). It has views of the golf course and sea from the secluded roof terrace. It is available to rent at excellent rates. It is able to sleep 8 in comfort and is an ideal accommodation in the Canary Islands for one or two families to share. It is also ideal for golf Villa holidays or Private villa breaks for couples in Fuerteventura.
The most impressive feature of this villa is the huge enclosed central courtyard area from which all the rooms lead off which has additional seating, a pool table and is a fantastic area for families to enjoy.
Our private villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and features an open plan lounge and dining area with two sofas, dining table and chairs plus wall unit, coffee table and storage units. Satellite TV, DVD player, CD music system and Hot Tub are also provided.
From the lounge there are patio doors leading directly onto the sun terrace which overlooks the private heated swimming pool. The villa also has free wi-fi internet access.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a four ring electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. It is tiled and has granite worktops. There is an outside utility area with washing machine, sink and clothes airer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in wardrobe with drawers and hanging space. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand wash basin and is fully tiled. A hairdryer is also supplied. A safe is also fitted for additional security.
Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has twin beds. Both these bedrooms can accommodate extra beds as required. They have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The large main bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and hand washbasin and is also completely tiled.
There is a private heated (during the winter months) and covered swimming pool. At one end of the pool there is a solar shower. There is a large patio table with 8 chairs and barbecue and sun beds are also provided.
Casa de Amigos is fully air-conditioning throughout.
